So is the going rate about a week to actually receive it?

Yes, from all my research that is what I understand. I got "mailed" last Friday so maybe Thursday or Friday for me, but I'm foolishly optimistic about it being in the mailbox today. We shall see!Re: january apps

Some people are getting them today with post mark from the 19th but they live in mid texas. I live down south so maybe tomorrow. I'll have to wait and see when I get home.

It has finally arrived the process started January 12- recieved my plastic today march 20 67 days.

Well, mine took 24 days from "Materials Received" to "BG Complete." Hold in there, hopefully by Friday or Sunday it will change to complete. Hang in there.Taurus.40 wrote:22 days in bg review and counting. It looks like the average is 28 days.

Receiving the plastic today was a bit anticlimactic. Shortly after getting the mail, I had to spend the rest of the day at the university. So no carry... Maybe tomorrow. LOL
