It takes a certain amount of preparation to filibuster, prepared to not lean on podium, not go get food, not go to a restroom, etc.. I doubt they were bluffing, perhaps they didn't expect it today.... just my guess.

Charles, I cannot imagine the extraordinary effort behind the scenes to get HB910 back on track. It is truly astonishing we managed to get this passed after the many wrenches thrown into the process by certain dimwits.
