Today mine moved from license manufacturing pending to manufacturing. After all this wait I am still skeptical. Maybe calling was the right thing to do. We shall see.

So here is my story:
3/16/13- Take Class (W/ Hardcopy Paperwork)
3/19/13- Electronic Fingerprints
3/20/13- Mail Paperwork
3/25/13- DPS Received Paperwork
4/30/13- Status Finally Changed on Texas.gov (*Background Check: Under Review)
5/16/13 -Background Check Completed; CHL- Manufacturing Pending
5/17/13 - CHL Mailed O YEAH!
5/21/13 -Postmarked
5/24/13 -Plastic in Hand
Good Luck Everyone!

Me and wife both did everything on the same dates and our status is the same:

3/8-9 CHL class
3/10 Online application
3/14 Fingerprints and photos
3/18 physically dropped all required materials in the DPS drop box (Denson drive Austin)
5/7 Background Check : Under review
5/24 Background check completed
5/24 Manufacturing Pending

Both my wife and I went into background check on May 7. Here's hoping we go to manufacturing pending tomorrow. Both of us have a clean record.

Got my plastic in the mail today!!!

Plastic in hand today...5/25. Status online showed mailed on 5/21, but postmark wasn't until 5/24.
Wally walk completed today (but only after a stop at Chuy's for lunch and the Harley store for a part for my bike). Even found some .40 Cal ammo! Great start to the Memorial Day Weekend!
