Gotcha,
So then I think that it would make sense like this:
Universal Technical Institute (UTI) – Houston, TX: Diploma Automotive/Diesel/Industrial Technology: Graduated October 2006: GPA 3.71
Central High School – San Angelo, TX: Graduated May 2005
State inspector
My thought is that it's three separate items and should be listed that way. Your areas of emphasis are extensive and it would be bulky to split them up. For your education and license, I think they should be listed on separate lines. I also made a couple of changes / edits to the wording for consistency or to remove items that seem unnecessary.
"I have two guns. One for each of ya" Doc Holiday
"Out here, due process is a bullet."
"Why Johnny Ringo, you look like somebody just walked over your grave."
"forgiveness is between them and god its my job to arrange the meeting" man on fire
oh and the Emphasis is just the names of all the classes in my program at UTI

"Out here, due process is a bullet."
"Why Johnny Ringo, you look like somebody just walked over your grave."
"forgiveness is between them and god its my job to arrange the meeting" man on fire
Sorry, do you mean on where I discuss the emphasis items or the changes that I made?

From this:

state inspector

For UTI I put a colon after Technology and removed 6 so that it just reads October 2006 vs. October 6, 2006. I'm not sure that the exact date is relevant.
For Central High School I removed General Studies. Nobody really majors in anything in high school unless you receive some special certification or licensing in a particular field.
These are just suggestions as I think that it makes it easier to read and a little "cleaner."
got it changes made
so i see what you mean about being just as it is on word
its not quite the same the lines are
"I have two guns. One for each of ya" Doc Holiday
"Out here, due process is a bullet."
"Why Johnny Ringo, you look like somebody just walked over your grave."
"forgiveness is between them and god its my job to arrange the meeting" man on fire

Looks pretty good but I have just a couple of nits.
Others have suggested that you can the cover letter, probably pretty good advice, but it can be a customized one can be a powerful tool. fer instance you could do a short cover letter for Christian brothers explaining thatwhy you want to the job in their particular place, and why you might be be a uniquely special liknk. For instance their reputation for quality work, and your desire to be the best their is. etc.
I believe that "Michelle on Demand is a particular software package, you may wish to ensure it is in quotes or Italicized, otherwise it could be confusing.
Yeah, I know, ole Liberty giving out advice on writing is a bit absurd.
