Don't get your hopes up yet, start the clock when the DPS gets the Ap, stop it when you have plastic in hand. Just means someone took the time to enter the information into the system when the license was approved. Some have waited an additional 30 days before it was mailed after that. I'm hoping that my diligence in my app submission and my boringly stable background had more to do with getting plastic so soon.

Your application has not been entered into the system. It is likely going though the processes required before entry. When a completed application is entered you will be sent a confirmation letter with your PIN.
