.45 ACP All the time. The XD is the one I shoot the best, therefore I carry it the most.

Mainly 45 ACP, once in a while 9mm. Both compact 1911's.

Every day, all the time carry is my 642 with 135gr +p Gold Dot short barrel rounds in a Mika or Nemesis pocket holster. Speed Strip reload or two of same ammo.

Even when I carry my XD40 in my MTAC (probably only about 20% of the time, to be honest), the 642 is still in the pocket.

Its not a real 1911 if its not a Gov't model or in 45 ACP

Needed two choices. I always had a P3AT as a back up to my 9mm BHP, the keltec is such an easy one to carry, so I always had both.

9mm Horniday Critical Defense on me at all times with an extra 7rnd mag, and a .38 snubbie (also with Horniday Critical Defense +P) in the center console of the car...with 4 speed loaders

With 40 rounds in the car or on me, I think I have enough for most situations. If I need more, I am a horrible shot :)

9mm and .40 are in a dead heat!

Interesting that there is not a vote for .45 GAP, figured some glock fan would have voted for that.

Carry a 9mm Most of the time. Take 2 9mm with me some of the times.
