Possibly but ...
Martin Bartlett is an Austin news politics reporter with a TV station not an "anti/Woodhead follower" (He recently edited OLD news stories correcting old mis-statements about the bills "failing" in 2009 written by other reporters ... corrected to say they "ran out of time" etc ...
http://www.kvue.com/on-tv/bios/73810427.html" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; profile
his blogs http://www.kvue.com/community/blogs/pol ... unkie-blog" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

The SB 5 is back on both calendars after being pulled last week.

So, source of tweet is fairly believable and SB 5 is back on both calendars .... we'll see what happens Monday.

I saw that about SB 5. I didn't realize Bartlett wasn't on The Dark Side. That's good!

Looks like it could be an interesting week in the Senate.

Still, I wouldn't doubt that she'll pull the bill yet again today ... because she's not wanting to save schools money on cheaper insurance rates.

However, notice that 354 is moving up on the calendars a bit
Senate starts at 11 today; that gives Woodheads 4 more minutes in cold rainy drizzle to head on over before it starts (still nothing on any of their tweets)

Plus, it's #26 on the ROB calendar, and #5 on the intent. Of course, ntent goes in numerical order, and teh ROB just goes :willynilly: when Senate is in session.

Sen Patrick is talking about SB 15, and and offering a floor amendment to it.

I see SB5 is on the intent calendar... but not mentioned yet today?

It's frustrating, never knowing when a bill might actually get airtime. Apparently the order in which bills are listed on the 'notice of intent' page doesn't correspond to when they'll be brought up on the floor?

This looks like very good news!
SB321 is back from the House and on the Senate's calendar for today as well.

Hasn't it almost perpetually been on the intent calendar and just not brought up?
