But, if the aides haven't done the research to fill a Rep in on it, maybe he should get some better aides instead of asking silly questions on the floor. It's called research, and its kind of what you're supposed to have all those staffers for....

yeah, my connection dropped and now I can't get it back up again. was getting interesting debating amendment taking away ALL negligence from companies and Eiland was bringing up how contractors are getting screwed from both sides - can't bring gun (not an employee), but also can't sue company if someone hurts them with gun. very good point. seems like the senators who did their homework are finally showing up

Pardon my ignorance, but when they substituted SB321, was it the version that passed the senate or the one that the house B&I committee tacked on the chemical plant exemption?
