I understand what you mean and to a large part agree, Excaliber.

I would add that our nation used to be more polite as a whole as well so that certain topics were not discussed, meaning what was discussed was typically within appropriate bounds for the place, context, and company already. That internal filter of whether something is appropriate and a worthwhile addition to the discussion is sadly and grossly lacking in the general public today where even the most base images and ideas are shared openly with every passerby. There is no societal value placed on discretion since the advent of social media.

Many of my friends have actually noted the obverse societal trend where freedom of speech, freedom of choice, etc is heralded as a driving value for many who then use it as a stick to pummel anyone who dares to disagree, thus using the excuse of freedom to silence any differing voices and the excuse of choice to remove all other options.

I agree with Crossfire in that it isn't for me, but I'm glad the option is out there and holsters specific to women are being actively pursued. :thumbs2:

Did anyone notice that after the very first draw/fire, her gun had a FTF and she didn't notice  and was looking down range while re-holstering. The camera cut away before the re-holster event so it wasn't obvious when or if she cleared the gun before replacing it.

These novelity gun videos fail to carry the message that guns must be respected at all times, not just after an incident when it may be too late. The camera angle in the later draws was dangerous also IMFMO.

I noticed that after my second viewing. I don't know why they didn't edit that out.

Showed it to the fiance (5-00 105lbs) - I think we can take the idea and make it better. More on that later.

FYI: Comments like this and several similar in this thread are offensive to many women and a good number of men. I know that some here also speak like this or are accustomed to those around them doing so, but I also know I am not the only one who is not subjected to comments like this in everyday life and find them jarring and offensive to see them here.

I would hate to think that I would be talked about like this should I be at a range with forum members.
I assume the highlighted was the offending line. I must be getting old because I read it to mean that he saw nothing the model did that would cause the malfunction.
:iagree: That is exactly what I thought; he was refering to the young woman not doing anything to cause a misfeed. This must be a Mars/Venus communication error.

Forgive me for momentarily going off-topic, but I love it when someone uses and appreciates the depth and breadth of the English language. With this one post you have made my day! I know that sounds ridiculous, but I have listened to literally tens of thousands of people who had no grasp of the beauty that was once ensconced in "old" English.

To learn and receive inspiration for new thoughts is one of the reasons I visit this forum. :thumbs2:
