Tin foil hat on. "They train with hollow points?" "hmmm" Tin foil hat off again. "Ok, I guess, why not, Its not like its their money"
I thought that very same thing. Don't they know that FMJ is cheaper?
I am under the impression from the cop friends I know that training with JHP is about par for the course with most departments.

So they need 295 actual armed agents? These agents are actually out and about on a daily basis doing a "cuff 'em and stuff 'em" on tax cheats? They must be pretty lousy at their jobs it would seem...they let little Timmy Geithner get away... :biggrinjester:
That would be the IRS agents job to go after tax cheats. These guys go after Social Security fraud cases. ;-)

I'm okay with the idea of folks who are defrauding our welfare programs (even though I'd prefer we simply do away with the programs entirely) getting "cuffed and stuffed" as you put it. They're cheating the taxpayers.

To go completely nuts with the idea, maybe those 295 agents should be busy arresting anyone who's sat in federal elected office for the last 30 years who claimed that social security was fine, accused anyone trying to reform it of "throwing granny off a cliff" and used the tax funds gathered as "SS taxes" in the general fund to pay for whatever it was they felt like spending money on that year. Those guys are crooks just like Bernie Madoff, but none of them are in jail for it. :grumble
