If so, it appears to have some interesting "facts" The author cites NJ as one of the places that allow OC. Hmmm. Perhaps for a very few but overall NJ is a "May Issue" state and regular citizens cannot get a CCW let alone OC.

That's nice. I'm looking forward to my trip through OK to KS next month even more now. I know it's only the first day, but so far I've read several positive stories from folks OCing today and none of them have been hassled by LE. And that they called the OSBI office (I don't know what that is.) and spoke to someone in the legal department that said someone in my situation would be legal to OC in OK under their new law. I will be closely monitoring this for the next several weeks before my trip just in case it turns out that it is not okay. Otherwise, I guess I might be the test case. Unless there is an emergency, I usually only make one stop in OK to fill up with gas and in mid to late December the weather may or may not cooperate enough to OC.RECIPROCAL AGREEMENT AUTHORITY
