They have run out of storage so contaminated water going in the ocean.

This happened in 2011. Probably most likely will exist beyond all our lifetimes.

I figured it all out to its logical conclusion, moved to the Central Texas hill country and bought more life jackets/life preservers.
The warm radiated water going into the ocean melts the polar ice caps
the ocean rises, climate change happens due to this and not due to Republicans
polar ice caps melt, ocean rises, ocean front property joins submerged Atlantis as property values decline near the ocean, lowering their property taxes
Texas hill country values and property taxes increase as it becomes ocean front property.
Many people drown, except those with Life jackets
I place an Internets advertisement ... "Life Jackets for sale."
I pay my higher proerty taxes with Life jacket sales profits
