It sounds like they retained the parking lot protection even with the allowance of a campus wide 30.06. I'm assuming that by explicitly defining intent on the record, it would become part of a defense since the language of the bill doesn't explicitly exempt the parking lot from the campus prohibition.

I'm not either, my kids might not be, but it's not always about "me". A constant ME focus isn't the best way to run a city, state or country, probably the only thing it works best for is a home, if, and only if, you're single.

Is it a senate rule or tradition that the president of the senate and the senator representing a bill stand up during the entire discussion and amendment process? That's what it looks like watching this. It must get painful after several days, covering committee hearings and multiple bills.
