I am still waiting on my response from TABC, is there a chance I could talk you into sharing your's? Unfortunately the group that shall not be named started their antics relating to TABC just after I sent my inquiry. Absolutely. It's in the other walmart thread. I'll track it down in a bit. I copied and pasted my inquiry and their response.
So, on further research, it appears that DADS is a different agency altogether. I have confirmed that Texas Administrative Code RULE §19.1921 (General Requirements for a Nursing Facility), (e)(12) statesG.A. Heath wrote:Thank you for the lead and information as well. The only thing I have found so far is a nurse telling me to look at the "providers bill of rights" and that I should look into the privacy requirements for in home care. They were a little nervous talking about it though because they are nervous when discussing any work related topics due to HIPPA and other laws.
