Do you think that would be okay? Would it still be worth it to go? I've never been to anything like this before.

YES! He will video us and just play the video for his next group, instead of teaching.Jusme wrote: I am hoping this will become at least a quarterly thing, with only 12 spots available, and the number of people who have other commitments on the date set, if you miss this one, I'm sure there will be plenty of forum members available to fill another class. I plan to be there, but, I keep a very limited social calander anyway(no that's not a fancy way of saying I have no life) so as Bitter Clinger said contact the instructor, and see what his thoughts are, we may be such awesome shooters, that we won't require any instruction after lunch anyway.![]()
Will that be a "what not to do" video?loktite wrote:YES! Bring both. You should have plenty opportunity to run them. I often bring multiple handguns to these classes.TexasJohnBoy wrote:I have a philosophical question:
Bring my EDC, or a full size?
EDC means I work with what I have every day, but would I get more out of the flexibility of a full size pistol?
I'm leaning toward my EDC, but what day you?
Another question kinda related, any problem carrying the morning of and making safe at the range?Bitter Clinger wrote:Bring both. You should have plenty opportunity to run them. I often bring multiple handguns to these classes.TexasJohnBoy wrote:I have a philosophical question:

I prefer training with a full size but I also like getting in some EDC practice.
That's what I do. Just don't unholster before letting Phil know. Given that we are all LTC's I can imagine a scenario where we all go downrange and make safe as a group.TexasJohnBoy wrote:Another question kinda related, any problem carrying the morning of and making safe at the range?Bitter Clinger wrote:Bring both.
