22LR ammunition that costs as much as surplus 9mm used to cost.
No kidding on both of those. We've looked at replacing our current truck that is 13y old and coming up on 200k miles. A new one with equivalent features in the same top trim level costs about as much as our first house.

Wearing a baseball cap with the brim on sideways.
Whenever I see that I always think the poor guy, he's mentally retarded and I'm not being ugly.
I really see it that way.

I'll add to that. People who wear the hat backwards and then use their hand over their forehead to shield their eyes from the sun. I will turn my hat backwards to shield my neck if the sun is behind me. That's what the brim is for!

1. (sigh) complaining about other's choices of guns to carry?
an LCP might be little bitty for a 6'5" 2xx lb man, but for a 5'3" 13x lb woman it's perfect. just be happy people are carrying.
2. people who can't figure out how to park in handicapped spaces, thus taking up my van space as well.
3. (goes with 2 for me) People who stop on top of the cross-walk at Chik-fil-A. At most Chik-fil-A's the handicapped spaces are on the side so you have to walk across the drive though lanes, there is a cross-walk marked where the ramp is. People will stop on top of it, and will give ME the ugly look when I am standing there waiting with my Mother-in-law in her wheel-chair....typically it's the passenger who points out what they are doing wrong. (Chik-fil-A is one of the few places she will actually eat, and eating is a big deal these days)

People who occupy the HC stall in a rest room when they do not require it. Folks who hold up traffic while waiting for a person to unload and return their cart in order to get a HC spot. Pansies who do not need a HC spot but use them just because they have a placard which should be invalid

Honest question...if I go in to a public restroom and every stall is occupied except for the handicap stall, what should I do?

There was a time I could not transfer myself to the toilet with out the grab bars or the additional room to maneuver my wheel chair. My bowels were such that I had no warning of the need to evacuate nor could I "hold it ". I don't know what is "legal", but I hope you never know the humiliation and embarrassment you feel when you evacuate in your jeans because some one decided they wanted a larger stall.

One thing that is absolutely "fingernails on the chalkboard" to me is when the
younger generation states that something happened "ON ACCIDENT."
Proper usage is this : things either happen "BY ACCIDENT" or "ON PURPOSE".
Some new words/usage make perfect sense such as "websurfing" or "couchsurfing",
but this "On accident" use seems clunky, awkward, and just plain wrong.

In that vein, people confused about the difference between "on sale" and "for sale" merchandise.

Car dealers can be such snakes. It's not surprising that accuracy and ethics go out
the window when you are trying to sell high dollar merchandise (vehicles).
1. "We'll pay off your current vehicle no matter how much you owe."
They sure will. They will be glad to cut a check to the original lender on your vehicle,
with YOUR MONEY, which they have just rolled over into the note on the new vehicle.
Now you are even MORE underwater on your vehicle situation than you were previously.
2. "Get a new XXXXXXXX for only $169 a month!"
Always remember that the large print giveth, and the small print taketh away.
These low price per month lease deals have very restrictive mileage limits, usually only
10,000 or 12,000 miles a year. I saw one that only allowed 7500 miles a year.
If you work from home, or never go anywhere, a lease could work for you.
And if you turn it in with a few scratches on it, look for another big charge.
For each mile over the allowed mileage, you may need to pay 25 cents.
3. "All vehicles are on sale"
Well, I would think this would be the situation.
When have you ever seen a car dealer say "sorry, but 500 of our vehicles are not
for sale this month" ?? :-)

Those who don't become Bernie Madoff or one of his many clones, (calling Enron) go into car sales.
And, given the love of so-called bitcoins or crypto currency, one day I think it too will not be the same type of rip off of course, but another financial scandal in the making...
