Senator Birdwell says he will not offer SB11 as an amendment on the Senate floor because he has been assured by House leaders that it will be considered in the House.

SB11 won't be offered as an amendment as the house will bring it up soon. Estes said he would have accepted it.

No Campus Carry Amendment on HB910 BECAUSE will be acted on in House, House ASKED to pass the Senate campus Carry bill, and Senate passes House Open Carry bill (deal)

The house specifically asked to pass the CC bill..... Color me skeptical on why Strauss would have asked for that specifically.
