Refaxed packet 5-25
Update today finally - 75 days.

Now says proof of class and proficiency test not received.
I looked over my chl 100 and noticed the instructor didn't circle the "pass" box, so guess that is the issue.

Fax them a signed copy, if you can get one from your instructor. good luck.

Hurray!! Mine mailed today. Mailed my complete packet in on March 25th and went to background check May 19th. I did NOT send by certified mail so don't worry so much about that. All of you guys hang in there!

Once it says mailed your good as gold . I wish they would give me an update or something even a denial so at least the suffering be over.

I feel your pain. ..seems like the longest wait ever. I'm so glad it's almost over.

My last post to this thread I'm happy to say.It was 72 days mailbox to mailbox. In my case the date on the postmark was the date the website updated to "mailed".

3-26 Mailed complete packet to Austin (application was already completed online)
3-28 Fingerprinting session
5-7 Website status changed to Application: Received
5-31 Background check complete
6-4 Mailed
6-6 Plastic in hand

Today marks 80 days from mailed and still I BG!

I am in the same boat as you for the most part, about a day behind your timeline. I mailed my app in on the 20th of March and it took DPS 53 days just to dig it out of the mail bag and give me my first update. I've been stuck in BG since then which was on the 12th of May. I have a 100% clean record as far as I am aware of, I am not sure what's taking them so long. If I do not see any updates by Monday I intend to call them and find out.
