I think I may have made a clerical error. I applied for my license in Jan. A week or so later, I took the class and did my fingerprints the same day. I submitted all supporting documents the next day. Here's where it gets tricky. I don't "think" I ever received a confirmation e-mail. That's not to say that I did receive an e-mail, but then deleted it knowing full well that I just submitted my documents and thought the e-mail was frivolous. Big mistake. Reviewing all the posts in this forum made me realize I better make sure I get a confirmation e-mail, plus I may have goofed submitting the documents to RSD the first time and never actually received an e-mail (I've seen a post or two to make sure you select the right buttons when submitting online docs). Whatever the case, I re-submitted the docs and this time I did get a confirmation e-mail.

Unfortunately, I think my clock has reset because I read somewhere that said do not re-submit supporting docs as this will only slow down the process. Great. So, basically I wasted almost 3 full weeks.

I have not contacted RSD in any way, nor have I contacted state rep or governor's office. I plan on waiting it out.

Here's my timeline:

UPDATED!!!

Application: 1/21/16
Fingerprints: 1/30/16
CHL-100: 1/30/16
Uploaded docs to RSD: 1/31/16
Re-uploaded docs to RSD: 2/19/16
Confirmation e-mail: 2/19/16
Website changed: 4/29/16
Plastic in hand: 5/2/16

I'll let you know if anything changes. I'll keep watching this forum.

12 Feb 2016... Confirmation email and fee paid
19 Feb 2016... Prints completed and All supporting docs uploaded

Now for the wait....

Update:

22 Apr 2016... Called both Reggie's voicemail, left a message and also called the main RSD number. RSD wouldnt give me any other info than "Still processing"
23 Apr 2016... Reggie returned my call and said that I was approved, expect plastic in hand 7-10 days
29 Apr 2016... Website changed today jumped off couch and one leg hopped to the mail box (just had ankle rebuilt in surgery wednesday) no plastic yet
