A really interesting live rendition of Miss Wynette's signature tune.
The amped up pedal steel and over-saturated Telecaster provide a 60's "Texas" tone to the recording.

The forerunner to The Summit was the Sam Houston Coliseum. It hosted a an impressive number of early rock'n'roll acts including The Beatles on Aug. 19, 1965
