We stopped at the Taco Cabana in Kemah last night and the TABC notice and the 8 1/2 x 11 attempt at a 30.06 are no longer posted behind the cashier. Now, the signs are posted on the glass near the front door. There is no notice on the patio door entrance. The 8 1/2 x 11 signs (one in English and one in Spanish), not only do not have 1" high letters, the copier they made the signs must have been low on toner, as the letters are a bit gray.

The Taco Cabana on Mason Rd in Katy does not have the 30.06 sign. The only sign I saw was the "Unlic poss" sign which I believe is standard for any business that sells alcohol.
