Well I may not beat the guy waiting 200 days. Called today and CHL is being printed. I should get it about a week and a half, so apparently the printers are as slow as everything else connected to this process. Website says I am still in "Processing Application" Status so I hope Elvia at DPS was telleng me the straight poop.
