Well, I know there is 0% reason for the cops to break down my door so I will assume it is a fake raid.
Second, people doing drugs in a car (in public) should really have no expectation of the cops NOT showing up
LOL... yeah...back in da mid to late seventies we always watched for this very issue. We never considered running over them, we just kind of figured we were busted and hoped for the best. I think hoodlums of today are a bit meaner than the hippy pot smokers of my days gone by.
