I felt that it was very uncalled for how McCain and Graham handled that. Bad-mouthing one of their own party to the mass media. FAIL! If they didn't care for what Rand Paul did, the proper response would have been to IGNORE it, and when pressed by the media to respond, just to say that different Senators have different styles of getting things done, period. How hard is that, really? These are men who have been around in politics for a long time. You think they could figure things like this out, by now.

mc cain would have been gone many years ago if I had a vote in Arizona. I respect his service and sacrifice during his military commitment to the country, but I have had very little respect for him as a political leader of the country.

McCain and Graham are both RINO's, pure and simple. They represent the Old Guard and they are nervous in the face of a more youthful, more Constitutionally aware Party. The sooner they are both gone, the sooner they can enjoy dinner with King Obama to their hearts' content. After all, Graham arranged the dinner in the first place. He and McCain SHOULD have been supporting Paul. Period.

The appropriate forum for McCain and Graham to disagree with Rand Paul would have been to make their points on the senate floor during the filibuster. It's fine to take issue with someone's point of view, and it would have shown some class if they did it that way. But they did not. That's what's disappointing to me.
