Mom passed away before I got my CHL last year. She would be proud.
She lived in Oklahoma, Texas, Virgina, Alabama, Germany, Kentucky, and Kansas as an Army wife. She was proud to call Texas home even if she was born in Kansas and grew up in Oklahoma.
Rest in peace, mom.

Yeah she knows. She feels better about me having one due to my profession since I travel so much.
She's actually wanting to get her own. I think after the class time is reduced, we'll get her licensed.

My mom is 78, still works at the hospital 2 days a week and has been carrying a .357 Magnum (now with laser grips) for as long as I can remember. Maybe this has something to do with my dad owning a gun shop...

Of course! She and I took our CHL class together.
