OCTC & OCT, yes. Though the 'we don't insult people' concept was directed as much at legislators who oppose pro-gun bills as the cranky cousins.

The good news is that if you don't like who supported it or who opposed it, just wait a few minutes and the opposite will be claimed.
But now, off to the Wild Wild West westerns! Where famous marshals of history made sure that people gave up their guns when coming into their city. The good ole days. Thank goodness we have old westerns for historical reference, and guiding direction!
