No, the amendment that caused all the problems was just added back in on the Senate floor, so the Senate passed bill is identical to the House bill. No need to go back to the House.

I'm hearing different views, did HB910 pass with identical wording and go to Gov. Abbott, or was it different and has to go back to the house?

Go back and look at the time of that tweet. For what it's worth, the state website say's the next stage is "Governor Action".

I saw the time and am reading the other discussion, that's why I edited. Still concerned the state website has it over simplified under the assumption the bill won't be amended but what do I know :cryin
