Chas gave a great presentation and it was really great to see my forum buddies at Cabela's tonight.
Y'all that missed it, I hope we can get Chas up here again so we can do it again.
Very practical and very informative.
Big thanks to Chas for driving (and dealing with rush hour traffic) to give the presentation.
Bigger kudos to Cabela's for hosting.
Thanks to all!
Happy Trails! N
Agreed. It was awesome. To anybody who hasn't had a chance to attend one of Charles' seminars on this topic, you really owe it to yourself to get to the next one you can. This is my second time, the first being at the PSC Forum Day in October. I feel like I got about 2/3 of it down, not because of the presentation, but because there is a lot to remember, and I'm an old fart with dust for brains. But really, I would want to do this about once a year from now on, just to refresh my recall of the topic.
TAM, I looked for you, but didn't notice you. Did you shave or something? I was second row center and was the one that asked Charles about if we know something that could be deadly to us or another that a BG doesn't and didn't have the intention to permanently harm their victim.

I also wanted to stay afterward to visit with folks, but the wife wasn't feeling good and my honeydew list this weekend is incredible!

Charles L. Cotton wrote:Thank you folks for coming, it was great to see so many "forum family members." Thanks also to Cabela's for providing a great facility. It's worth the drive to Fort Worth to see this beautiful, gigantic gun Mecca!

Chas.

I'm probably going to get laughed out of the forum but it was my first time to visit Cabela's and I live in southwest Arlington.

I was hoping to get there early enough to look around but fate (traffic) had something else in mind. I will be going back this weekend.

Thanks Again Charles!

Traffic spoiled my Valentine's shopping too. I might also be back out there tomorrow.

Thanks Charles. This was great! I could have listened for another 2-3 hours.

Guns are like parachutes, if your ever in a situation that you need one and you dont have one, you'll probably never need one again.
