Student were required to stand during the
African-American National Anthem. It has since been changed. Now they can stand or sit while it is played. Schools seem to be at the front lines of this lack of freedom band wagon.

Dorm room searched with out warrant, caught on video camera. Didn't find what they were looking for, but managed to say something like "there's no fourth amendment around here"

Well said, TAM!

TSA agents are bunch of low paid, low skilled government goons put in place to quell the masses. I opt out of the cancer machines each time so I'm treated like a criminal. Arms out and spread em while a grown man reaches down your pants in plain view. Quite theatrical. Security? No.
For example. Last October I flew to Ca. and back. Since I was traveling light I brought a small bag on board including my shaving kit. Before i left I switched out my double edge razor. ( yes, I shave the old fashion way. (far superior IMHO)with a disposable Razor. fast forward.. Upon arrival home I realized I had never removed the 20 spare double edge razors from the side pouch of my razor bag.

on the way back thru security they actually pulled my bag out after the X-ray and asked if it were mine. The TSA agent sifted thru my shaving kit then politely told me to put my after shave in a zip lock next time.

Elderly couple returning to Texas from a funeral in Ohio were stopped in TN by two black SUV's with men in body armor. Why? Bumper sticker with Ohio State Buckeye logo. They were told to remove bumper sticker to keep from being stopped again. They didn't.

These control freaks have a completely different vision for this country than the founding fathers had which was life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. An environment where freedom is maximized and government interference is minimized. The sad part is they are winning.

"I'm not asking you if you have any knowledge, I'm asking you where the money is." WOW! The way they were fighting over the stops makes me question weather ALL the confiscated cash gets turned in.
With Obamas National Defense Authorization Act in place the driver could have easily been accused of funding terrorism.
An assumption is all it takes now to take your money, detain you indefinitely without charge.
