Wildlife Service kills family pets in Texas

Is there an effective repellant your neighbors can use to keep your pets off their property and safe from antifreeze and other hazards?

Anyone? Antifreexe is cheap but I am willing to spend a couple bucks for a more humane solution to the porch pooper.

When I was a kid I used to raise racing pigeons with lots of money invested in them, we had neighborhood cats (yes those ones with their shots and being fixed, same one that are a benefit to our society, same ones) that would like to try and jump up on the landing board to get into the loft, mind you a loft of federally protected national assets, yes they are protected for communications during war time, maybe not anymore have not kept abreast. Well at night we took a thin piece of paneling that we put hundreds of staples in that protruded out the other side and we would secure it to the landing board so when a cat jumped up it would get its paws full of sharp staples, only took 1 time and we never had an issue again. This probably explains my distaste for cats running free.
