They MAY arrest me for anything. Being the TEST CASE is unlikely for most CHL'rs entering the mall since the police would have very low likelihood of observing a properly concealed handgun...unless they had access to the (theoretical) super-high tech scanners previously discussed...so all the concern about being the test case is misplaced.

Or they notice the clips of the holster.

That's why I never tuck in a shirt unless I have to. The only place I have to is at work where I can't carry anyway.

I have to tuck my shirt most of the time while working and carry any time it's legal. I often wonder how often people notice the clips. I also wonder how often cops notice them.

I think pretty much never... I actually think other CHL's are far more likely to notice the clips than LEO as well.

Not a chance.

Same here. I have a IWB with a tuckable J-hook, but I've never tucked my shirt in with it. I may just go back to a regular belt clip for better stability.
One good thing about having "dunlop syndrome"....it hides the clips really well....

What is it with you guys and these extreme acronyms? I have no idea what all that means, worse then teenage girls. #YOLO
Hahaha.
Ironically, YMMV and IANAL are so old in the messageboard world that teenagers would find them as lame as a parent trying to sound cool with words like "groovy" or "swell".
I just wanted to preempt anybody accusing me of inciting others to dance along the boundaries of the law. My conscience is clear carrying in a mall where I have not received legal 30.06 notice, but I'm not advocating others to follow my lead.
