“The DA declined to prosecute. Look at [The Post’s] front page [Tuesday]. He’s there on the motorcycle right next to [Lien] after he got beat up,” an angry law enforcement source said.

So, smash someone's mirror, brake check them, attack them, smash their window, and the DA doesn't want to prosecute.

Never ever pick on Granny in her Buick Battleship. By the time she has slowed that battlewagon to see what those bumps were, she'll be in the next county, and her car is made of STEEL...

Perhaps he understands the difference between dealing with bad guys, and picking up the pieces of their victims afterward. Both acts are noble but they are different.

So I guess all the first responders and civilians, many of whom died to try and save potential victims, were just "picking up the pieces" and came from somewhere else.
