Oh, you folks must be speaking about the War of Northern Aggression. Some of us have not accepted the outcome of that atrocity against the south. That book is yet to be closed. The likes of the present administration is hopefully going to re-ignite the spirit that once was prevalent amongst the citizens of the great nation of Texas.

Also, it sounds like the x-ray was related to medical treatment by healthcare professionals following his motor vehicle crash, and the booty was discovered incidentally. He was not repeatedly probed and prodded to satisfy the sick fantasies of apparent sociopaths.

$1.6 million settlement. I guess clinching in NM doesn't warrant what the cops did after all.

I'm shocked at the medical community though... I think that's worth a separate suit or two..

And that settlement wasn't from all of the defendants - there's more to come out of this, and rightly so!

How many wanna bet the physician winds up paying relatively more than did the city of Deming and the county (the $1.6 mil)?
