Oh I have. After I had the state rep call and check things started moving except they're stalled once again. I'll be bugging the state rep again on Monday.

I'm not in a rush for the plastic, I'd just like to at least see some status bars.....

I just noticed that the web site when the from fingerprints -pending to under review? Same for background-now under review? Anyone have an insight here?

Sounds like your background investigation has now begun. The finger prints are submitted to the fbi as part of the background check.

Contact your state Rep. People who have done that have gotten updates within a day or so.

Done and Done. It took about 2 weeks after contacting him, but as of now my CHL is in the mail. I was told to look for it in about 7-10 days. Thanks for the advice!
