ELB,
If that's 2 cents, I'd hate to see your wallet.

That would be SEAL (SEa Air and Land). The caps are important. A seal is a marine mammal with slick fur and cute flippers. A SEAL is something else entirely.snatchel wrote:hahahahahaaha. Oh, and unlike you other gun-guys, I pack a secret weapon. I have the Navy Seal App on my iphone. I activate the app, and Navy Seals fastrope from Heaven to take care of the problem for me. No need to draw.. no need to hire a lawyer.

:) Well aware of the difference btw SEAL and Seal. On an iPhone, so I was lazy with the caps.
Your completely right though, sir!
Unless you are Murl in Granbury...never seen one man with so many knives strapped on him... of course he looks like a Mt man anyway.MadMonkey wrote:I did it when I was a kid and didn't know any better (I'm talking like 8-9 years old, not as a teenager). Probably looks just as ridiculous now unless you're a mountain man. I'll say this, if you're going to carry one I hope you know how to use it well. A light fighting knife is going to be much faster...
I have no idea who Murl is, but he sounds like a colorful character. The question is, does he have more color than character, or more character than color?wgoforth wrote:Unless you are Murl in Granbury...never seen one man with so many knives strapped on him... of course he looks like a Mt man anyway.MadMonkey wrote:I did it when I was a kid and didn't know any better (I'm talking like 8-9 years old, not as a teenager). A, shall we say, "interesting" character who owns a gun store in Granbury... well known by many on this forum.. big burly guy with a beard, suspenders with knives up and down both sides of those suspenders who yells at his customers when not behind his infamous 2-way mirror watching customer (s) while on his computer watching the video cameras....when there is one customer in the storeThe Annoyed Man wrote:I have no idea who Murl is, but he sounds like a colorful character. Thank you for your uncompromising support.
We need to talk about Coronado some day. And Old Town San Diego, and La Jolla, and scruffs in Pendleton, and Black's Beach...
Now back to your regularly scheduled Topic...
Unfortunatley I have far more words than cents. or sense. or both.gigag04 wrote:ELB,

If you dropped seals from a helicopter (hopefully with parachutes) I imagine they might mess up anyones day they happened to land on...so a seal app might nto be a terrible idea...Skiprr wrote:That would be SEAL (SEa Air and Land).
