Get a female friend to call 911to report animal cruelty. :mad5 Wait. I'm kidding.

It's a bad situation. Like they said in a classic Cold War era move, "The only winning move is not to play."

It was small claims court. Some elected J.O.P. ruled on it in her favor. She went around bragging about all the cops and judges her family and her know and how a bunch owe them favors and stuff. I guess it was true. I dunno. I wish he was a judge that had gone to law school or any college for that matter. Not just some good ol boy running a judge judy courtroom. o well.

I am heartbroken, I really miss my little guy. I am going to try anything I can to get him back. I may be selling/pawning things...I just want him home.

There wasn't a lawyer. It wasn't really a courtroom it was his office. I was saying he had never been a lawyer. He is an elected justice of the peace. She submitted a scrapbook her mom made with photos of the dog as evidence. I thought my contract of sale was real evidence. anyone could snap some photos and make a scrapbook. I could make one that says I have a pet president obama. Doesnt make it true.

Her mom told a few lies in court. I think when I go pick up the forms for appeal (that they all the sudden have but didn't have the day I lost) I am going to show the clerk her moms messages to me talking about her concern about her daughter killing herself and what drugs she had access to. In court she said she didn't know anything about her threatening suicide. Among other lies. At least that one I can prove very easy. The rest are her words against mine. Not that it matters anyway, since this "judge" already ruled. I hope an appellate court is less biased.

I think you should call Judge Judy. I bet your ex drug addict suicidal GF would jump at the chance to be on TV and this case has Judge Judy written all over it.

According to this brochure put out by the State Texas Bar, a person can sue for money in a small claims court, but small claims courts can not award property or order a person to deliver property.
Small claims court can only award money. It cannot, for example, order a mechanic to fix your car correctly. The court could only award you the monetary damages you suffered because your car was not repaired the way that was promised. Similarly, the court cannot order your ex-husband to stop harassing you. The court cannot order a store to deliver the television set you paid for but never received. The court cannot order your roommate to move out of your apartment for failing to pay the rent. You cannot ask the court to order the other party to do anything, or to refrain from doing something. If you need an order to make someone do something or to stop doing something, other courts are available. If you win in small claims court, you can only win a judgment for a dollar amount (up to $10,000 plus court costs).

Shw will not rule on your case becuase it has already been decided in a court of law. And plus, she will yell at you a lot.
