How much was it? I've never seen .380 at Wal-Mart.

Wally World.... 75 and Spring Creek in Plano... 9 boxes of 9mm federal 50 count for 9.47 a box. This used to be 8.47 a box...like a week or two ago. Sad day...Wally World prices are creeping up too. :cryin

I bought six of them. Three left as of 10:45 this morning.

It looks like .380 is trickling in more frequently, and .45 is almost becoming common....not quite yet, but getting there. Good indicators, both of them. :thumbs2:

I live in the North Dallas area and the places near me seem to always be out of 45. Now .40 has become very common. Today I managed to get about 600 rounds of 9mm and around 700 rounds of .40. My future son-in-law bought six 50 count federals tonight for 9.47 each. Maybe .45 will show up here pretty soon. Hope so. Most places around here just laugh if you ask about 380... :banghead:

Good job of scoring the 9mm & .40! I haven't even tried looking for ammo since July, and then I felt utter joy to snag 10 boxes of 9mm at Wal-Mart. How did you score that much ammo? Or are you keeping it a secret?

I don't just look for 380's around here (Dallas) but everywhere we travel.

I have one clip remaining. I almost did not have enough to qualify three months ago. I could have bought a box for 89.90, but I told them no thinks and I will never trade with that place again.

$89.90?? Oh that's just pure silly! I hoped you were laughing out loud as you left the store!

I dunno...we walked into the wally world at Spring Creek and Coit in Plano and they were loaded up on 9 and .40 . The guy working sporting goods said the limit was six boxes of each kind...LOL...I went with it. I picked up six of the 100 count...what was left over of the federal 50 count 9 after my future son-in-law got six. Then I attacked the 40. It was kind of like the old days again.

I stopped by the wally world on 380 in Mckinney on the way home from dove hunting a little while ago and they had boat loads of 9mm also. I bought 6 boxes of the Federal 50 count at 9.47 each. By the way...Wally World is seriously starting to mark up ammo. The 100 count WWB was more than 2 boxes of federal 50 count. It didn't used to be that way. It was like 22 or 23 dollars. They seemed to have plenty of 9mm left for anyone in that area looking for it. Lots of 40 also.
