If you go through the regular line at the Capital and set off the metal detector, I'm no attorney but, I would think that is reasonable suspicion.

The argument/question was if they present at the line for CHL holders openly carrying, would they still have to show their license?

Of course it is TXBO, but if you intend to carry into the capitol, you are required to have a CHL, and you are required to check in, the amendment doesn't affect that by any stretch. The folks who keep bringing it up are fear mongering.
