Ice products - reusable and artificial
Light sources - portable self-powered (including battery operated)

Mobile telephone batteries and mobile telephone chargers
Radios - portable self-powered (including battery operated) - includes two-way and weather band radios
Smoke detectors
Tarps and other plastic sheeting

Depends on how you look at it!

Axes: Even .223's can topple a small tree, if you throw enough of them at it.
Batteries : Artillerists rejoice! (although the price limit is a bit low)
Can openers: Is there a finer can opener than a .44?
Fuel containers: Cartridges contain fuel ...
Hatchets: Just one-handed axes (see above)
Light sources: Ever fire a short-barrelled .357 on a dim range?

Shoot, just bought a dozen 10 year battery smoke detectors for the house. But there are are a few things on the list that I need. Guess Lowes NOT WOKE HOME DEPOT will get a few of my dollars

Your probably right. Family is going to be out of town so might as well mosey on down and see. Can always use batteries and I need a few fire extinguishers. (Running a laser business you tend to need them). Been thinking hard about a generator as well but my motor home has one built in I co always use if needed.

i am ordering a new portable 10k watt genny to tie into the house power. our elec coop has a place they use in alabama that makes a transfers switch that goes into the pole under the meter, and the genny can plug into it to run up to 12k watts of load
our bus has 8k watt genny, but i have to run the exhaust out of the garage to run it, which i have made provisions for, but the down side is bringing in fresh air for the engine, that air it either cold and frozen or HOT and humid so it heats or freezes the garage pretty fast
unless we move the bus outside, which again defeats the purpose of protected place for bus.

I’m wanting a Geiger counter.

Amazon sell a number of $100 Chinese ones but I’m afraid they are junk.

Probably not on the tax free list either.

Why would you need a geiger counter?

Radiation detectors you can buy on Amazon aren't going to do you any good at all in a nuclear emergency. Here's what you need to know about radiation meters and a source for recertified government issue units at reasonable prices:
