There are some places in the webs that I won't go, just like there are some places in cities I won't go.

I have posted very little on twitter, the last being almost two years ago. I hardly remember how it works, but if I remember there something called "Lists." Could this be similar to "Threads," on forums, or Groups on FB? That way you could use the platform without wading in muck you don't like. Also, can't you block people?
I joined hoping to find a literary agent and read advice that one way was to follow them in twitter, making the occasional tweet and being sure to quote them in query letters. I couldn't find one that was self absorbed and impressed with their own wokeism. I coundln't bring myself to fawn over them, even to get a book deal. But I still get the occasional email they so and so has a new tweet. I just ignore them.
