That appears to be just a chopping wood axe. The simple natural wood handle, grey metallic finish. It is not scary black with a carbon fiber handle. No extra barbs or military grip. The interchangeable hammer feature is troubling, as hammers make the FBI lethal weapon list every year.

I know hobbyists will point that it is not a fully automatic chain saw, which may or may not have been invented at the time the constitution was written.

It does allow for multiple cuts without resharpening, just like the assault weapon axe. However because of this and its lethality they may still place it on Nancy Pelosi’s banned list.
