1911 Gunsmith in the DFW

I have a Ed Brown that needs some minor fitting for going.
I bought a New Ed Brown’s threaded barrel. Definitely not a drop in. It needs some fitting. Can someone point me in the right direction?

I met Andrew McFarlane (ADM Firearms, Southlake) when he worked at Bass Pro a number of years back (back when they had a gunsmithing shop downstairs from the range). He opened his own place around 2015. I have not seen him in years, but when he was at Bass Pro he was knowledgeable, polite and a pleasure to work with. He seems to get good reviews.
Other place I was reading about is G Squared in Grandview, south of Ft Worth. Never met the man, but his website looks professional and again, he gets good reviews.
I used to go to Ken Crawley/Crawley Custom in Kemp, TX. But his website is no longer active, and he was not a young man 15 years ago, so I'm pretty sure he has retired.
Please let us know which way you decide to go, and how it works out.
