New Jersey gun ban struck down

The Third Circuit, sitting en banc, has struck down New Jersey's ban on semi-automatic rifles and its ban on magazines holding more than 10 rounds, ruling both violate the Second Amendment under Bruen.

I have absolute faith in the office holders in New Jersey that they, like their counterparts in New York, will try again to strip their citizens of their Constitutional rights. Hawaii, California and New Jersey are the most restrictive across the gun law spectrum and they are not going to be deterred by this minor setback.
