Anybody planning a Utah certification class in the Houston area anytime soon?

I'm waiting on my TX permit to be issued, but want to add a non-resident UT to keep me legal in OH on our annual family visits...

Thanks!

Check into Florida if all you need is coverage in Ohio. It costs more, but you don't have to spend time and money on an additional training class (they'll issue if provided a photocopy of your Texas TR-100) so in the end it's probably a wash. It's probably also faster, judging by the threads on this board. Mine took 11 days door-to-door.

FWIW.

Sorry for the slow resposnse guys, I've been on the road w/o a computer this week...

It looks like llwatson has a Nov class scheduled, but in the wrong city

I kind of had made the same conclusion bwahahaha - at this point my time is worth more to me than the saving of getting a UT permit vs. Florida, especially if I need to go to the Dallas area for a UT class. I've requested the application documents from FL. but haven't received them yet. Good to hear they'll accept the TX TR-100, since that's the one item I hadn't found confirmation on yet.

Thanks guys!
