LETTER FROM TDPS

Well I sent everything in on September 14 and got a letter back today requesting a certified copy of a 1974 offense for FRAUD-INSUU FUNDS CHECK that I received 1 years probation. I disclosed this on the application, but did not send a certified copy of the disposition of the case. This occurred 33 years ago and I have never had an issue with the law since. The letter states that a possible disqualifying arrest and listed 3 senarios * if case was dismissed, submit certified copy of dismissal * if you were convicted and received probation or deferred adjuducation, send cerified copy * if the charges were dropped by the arresting agency, and/or districk clerk (felony) record search in the county where the arrest occurred, beginning with the year of your arrest to the present date that indicates no records found. The last of the three was highlighted. My question is, will a bad check (felony) 33 years ago keep me from getting a CHL or does the last highlighted I referenced mean that they what certified dispostion of the 1974 case and certification that I have never had a problem since the 1974 arrest?
I hope someone can give me some insight!
Thanks!
