If you use Florida's reciprocity as a guide,
Texas only has three states left.

Alabama
Ohio
New Hampshire

Looking at some of their info, it appears we have a lot of work to bring about some equity in the qualifications and other nit-picky stuff before Texas can get into an agreement with them...

We might get a few other states before Ohio...

But thats just my knee-jerk reaction...

Alabama's about the same way...

I just look at them as a big speedbump on my way to Florida sometimes...

In and out in 30-45 minutes depending on the winds...

I'd really like to see New Mexico work out here pretty soon myself...

We're close...

$20 (IIRC), and a N.H. non-res knocks down 2 of those 3. I think mine arrived in 8 business days, door to door.

Tx vs FL

As of the end of this month (with NM), my TX CHL provides me with the same number of states to carry in (28 including TX) as my FL CWFL (28). Since I'm not a FL resident, my FL CWFL is not good in NH or MI. My NH covers 2 of the 3 states FL covers and TX doesn't so my FL CWFL only gives me 1 additional state (OH).

Perhaps TX will get OH and just maybe (but doubtful) AL in the future, but I guess we'll see.
