WTS: Fanny pack, Glock 19 OWB, picatinny mount foregrip

I bought the nylon fanny pack shown below when I first got my CHL and never really used it much. The internal pocket can hold a gun from the size of a J-frame up to a Glock 19/23. The holster has pull tabs to quickly open the pack, which can be set up for either a right- or left-handed shooter. $30
The other holster is a kydex paddle holster for the Glock 19/23. Unused. IDPA legal. $40
The foregrip is made of Delrin and has an internal plug that can be adjusted to tighten it onto a picatinny/1913 rail. $20
I'd prefer to sell these FTF. I'm in Humble.
