Still Waiting!

Well They received everthing on September 12th and got my PIN 3 weeks later at the end of September. Got a letter requesting court records on and old misdeanor in my early twenties. Sent that to them by email and certified letter 2 weeks ago. and I am coming up on my 60 days. Does the letter extend the process time past the 60 days even if you get the court documents within the 60 days? This is like watching paint dry and grass grow!
