Pshaw. I don't believe it. The story is obviously fabricated, because handguns are illegal in DC!

And we all know that outlawing something means it won't happen.

Barry is a convicted drug user and is awaiting sentencing on income tax issues. I wouldn't believe a word he said.
It's more likely a drug deal gone bad imo.
