help reloading .223

All I have every reload has been handgun ammo. I my wanting to start loading .223. But when I try to find any bullets I can only find .224. Is the .224 the same as .223? Thanks for the help. Also what is a good power to use. I will be loading a 55 grains.

I use WW748. IMR4895 is also good.
I've heard good things about Varget, but have never used it.

I use 21.5 grns reloader 7 with a 55 grn bullet,I get 5000 55 grn milspec bullets at
http://www.wideners.com for 345.00 with free shipping.Be advised if you are reloading military brass it has crimped in primers and you will need to ream the primer pocket with a tool to remove the crimp prior to reloading, also you may need to trim the cases down prior to loading

Also, be advised that military brass may have lower capacity than commercial brass and you need to start with a lower charge of powder.

224 Weatherby Rocket
225 Winchester
ALL use .224 bullets, kinda confusing, yep! And to make it even more interesting Hornady makes a .223 bullet for older 22 Hornets.
Then there is the 243 Winchester and the 244 Remington and the various 6 m/m cartridges ALL using .243 bullets.
The list goes on and on and on.

If you don't mind me keeping the topic running...
I have used RCBS case lube and still get a few cases that stick, then break and cause problems. I seem to remember somebody said DO NOT USE motor oil. Well, I am about ready to whoop out the 30w and put an end to that sticking nonsense.
Recomemdations?
